Custom Order Guide

Do you see something in our store you like but it could be a better color for your taste? Maybe one of our signs but you wish the wording was different? Or maybe something you are wanting but don't see at all?

This is why we provide custom orders. Everyone's tastes and preferences are different. So, instead of searching the internet for hours trying to find just the right fit, just ask us to do it for you.

We will do everything within our own limits to provide you with exactly what you want. Here's how it works:

1. You decide you want something a little different, so you email us here.

2. You tell us what you would like and how you would like it.

3. We tell you how long it will take to complete and what the price will be.

4. After we have both agreed on the time and price, we start on your order right away.

5. Once your item is complete, we send you pictures to make sure you are happy with it.

6. If you love it and want to go ahead with the purchase, only then will you pay for it, and we will send it right out to you.

Easy as that!

Note: We cannot fulfill every single request (refer to T-Rex on the home page). There are limits to our time and creativity. There usually aren't any problems with customizing our existing products but it can happen occasionally. Entirely new requests outside our catalogue are trickier and more time consuming due to designing from scratch. Again, we will do our best to accommodate your request but, if we do have to deny you, we will let you know as soon as we decide we are unable to do it. The last thing we would want is to waste yours or our time.

Pricing and Time: Custom order prices and times are decided on a per-order basis. There are just far too many variables to put a set price or time for anything custom before we know what it is we will be making. Once the price is agreed upon, it is set. It will not be negotiated or changed after that point. Once the timeline is agreed upon it will not be negotiated or changed. If, for some reason, we do not complete your order within the agreed upon time limit, you have the option to either continue with your order at a 50% discount from our agreed upon price, or you can back out of the order, and we will give you a coupon or gift card for our store worth half the agreed upon price of your originally requested item. Note: Creation times of custom orders refer to the time it takes to make the item/items. These times do not include shipping time.
